In order to perform your forensic loan audit several items are needed.

 

  1. 1. Download the Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement     

 

  1. 2. Copies of HUD 1                                                                                                    Download Agreement

                                                                                                                  

3. Copies of anydocuments signed at closing

 

4. Copy of appraisal (can be obtained from you lender)

 

5. Completed Audit Questioner

 

 

 

First, download our Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement. We are legally obligated to keep all of your information 100% confidential.  We do not need to know your social security number or date of birth, so you should black these out from any documents you send us before photocopying them.   We don’t need this and it is an extra burden for us to protect this information.  So please cover up this information when making a photocopy of your documents.

Second, mail us COPIES of all the documents you received at the settlement of your house, to include your original appraisal. Please do not send us originals. We destroy the copies after the documents are reviewed. Please mail us the copies to Mortgage Fraud Examiners, P.O. Box 1332, Ashburn, VA 20146.
